We have been overwhelmed with the positive response at the range. Thank you all for your patience. We still have people coming in every day saying that they didn’t know we were here. Tell all your friends. We are advertising in the newspaper and putting our cards all over town. If you know someplace that will allow us to put our information cards, please let us know.
If you call and get a recording it is because we are taking care of customers as best we can. Please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we get a break or try calling again.
Since the last newsletter, we have hired an additional five employees. Our commitment to customer service has us again growing our staff in an effort to keep up with the continued growth. Please be patient with us. But as I am sure you know, it takes time for our staff to adjust and for the new employees to get up to speed. That being said, I have to say that our new employees are doing a heck of a job as the rest of us are doing our best to help with their training and transition.
Customer service is often a major element of your comments. We try very hard at customer service. Are we perfect–no we are not! I CAN say that we always strive to provide extraordinary Customer Service and we appreciate your understanding when we fail to achieve perfection.
A special thanks to all of you who have been so patient and have even pitched in at times reading range rules and helping customers find items or teaching them how to use the lane controls.
